The whole staircase leading up to the cinemas are covered with them. The amount of hard work the workers had to lay on each step can clearly be seen. But of course, it is well worth it... who could miss such a giant poster?
I'm not too sure on the ROI on this, but nevertheless, it was something unique :)

The ROI must have been low i guess, i didn't hear that much about this movie. It just came and went, unlike Transformers etc. which people talked about for quite awhile. Haven't watched it myself either.. XD

As of this week, it has actually reached slightly over US$250m... with a US$55m budget. Apparently, I read in the press that this movie is quietly making money.
ReplyDeleteOf course, I agree, it can't be compared to the blockbuster - Transformers at US$700+m. And which was the best performing movie in Malaysia last year! :)
